A no-code CRM where your relationship data stays yours

Our CRM/BRM platform has been built over twenty years and more than 400 staff years of development. You design workflows, fields and reports visually, without developers. Privacy is the foundation rather than a setting: the data about your customers and partners stays in your jurisdiction and stays yours.

The problem: CRM is where your business actually lives

A CRM is not an address book. It holds who your customers are, what they pay, what they complained about, who introduced them and what you promised. That is the most commercially sensitive dataset most organisations own — and it is routinely the first one handed to a platform whose terms allow analysis, profiling and, increasingly, model training.

The second problem is that business relationships rarely fit the vendor's template. Real processes have exceptions, approvals and fields nobody anticipated. When changing them requires a developer or a consultant, the system slowly stops matching the business, and people start keeping the real state of things in spreadsheets again.

How it works

Twenty years of enterprise work taught us which parts have to be configurable by the people who use them.

Build workflows visually

Design your business processes as they actually run, including the exceptions, without writing code or filing a ticket.

Add the fields you need

Custom fields for whatever your industry tracks, created by your team rather than requested from a vendor roadmap.

Generate reports without programming

Insight from your own data, produced by the people who need it, rather than a quarterly request to an analytics team.

Keep the data where it belongs

The platform runs on our sovereign infrastructure, so the relationship data never becomes someone else's training set.

What it replaces

This is the pillar with the longest history behind it — the same platform that has served automotive, aerospace, public sector, healthcare and research organisations.

The customisation bill

No-code means the ordinary changes — a field, a step, a report — do not turn into a project with an estimate attached.

The shadow spreadsheets

When the system can follow the real process, people stop maintaining a second, truer version of it on the side.

The data-usage question

Privacy by design means there is no clause to read twice about what the vendor may do with your customer data.

Who this is for

Businesses with complex relationships

Where a contact is a network of people, contracts and history rather than a row, and the process has more exceptions than the template allows.

Organisations with a data-protection obligation

Where customer data falls under GDPR or PIPEDA and the processing chain has to be describable in a sentence.

Teams that outgrew the template

Where the current CRM is either too rigid to follow the business or too expensive to change every time the business moves.

Frequently asked questions

What does no-code actually mean here?
That the changes you make weekly — a field, a workflow step, a report — are done by your own team in the interface. It does not mean the platform is limited; it means routine change does not require a developer.
What is the difference between CRM and BRM?
A CRM manages customers. Business relationship management covers the wider web: partners, suppliers, intermediaries, the people who introduced you. Complex businesses run on that web, not only on the customer list.
Where is the data hosted?
On our own sovereign infrastructure, in the jurisdiction you choose between Canada and Europe. It does not sit in a hyperscaler, which is what makes the data-protection answer short.
Can we migrate from an existing CRM?
Yes. Migration is a scoping exercise first — what is worth bringing, what has quietly become junk — and an import second. We would rather spend a day on the first part than three months on the second.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. Where you choose to use AI on your own data, it runs in your environment on our infrastructure. Your relationship data is not a training corpus, ours or anyone else's.
How long has the platform existed?
Since 2003, when oceans started in Munich building enterprise software for automotive, aerospace and the public sector. More than 400 staff years of development have gone into it since.

See it against your own process

A demo on a generic dataset proves very little. Bring the process that never fits, and we will show you how it would be built.
