Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by you and cloud&more, cloud&more Terms of Sale agreement governs the sale of cloud&more (Hugo) products, SaaS, Cloud Solutions, professional services and support and maintenance services to business customers (B2B).
cloud&more only offers B2B services and solutions!
The following notes summarise the key conditions. Contracts with oceans GmbH (Germany) are governed by the full General Terms and Conditions of oceans GmbH.

These terms and conditions govern your use of oceans next generation services, including but not limited to:
- oceans CRM/BRM no code platform services
- cloud&more sovereign hosting and infrastructure services
- Eperi data protection implementation and consulting
- Digital sovereignty consulting and advisory services
- Technical support and maintenance services
Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all critical services. Planned maintenance will be announced at least 48 hours in advance. Emergency maintenance may be performed with shorter notice when necessary to maintain security and stability.
Privacy Commitment
We do not analyze, mine, sell, or monetize your data in any way. Your information is yours alone, and we act solely as a secure custodian and processor of your data according to your instructions.
Limitation of Liability
While we maintain the highest standards of security and reliability, our liability is limited to the monthly service fees paid for the affected services. We recommend maintaining appropriate backups and insurance coverage for your critical business operations.
Governing Law
Contracts with oceans next generation Inc. (Canada) are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of New Brunswick; disputes are settled before the courts of New Brunswick, Canada. Contracts with oceans GmbH are governed by German law in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of oceans GmbH.
